Marketing Operations Coordinator

Position Description: 

SCOUT is looking for a Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative thinker to report to the Marketing Operations Manager. They will be a key member, assisting in the day to day activities that include email management, social community engagement and task management. This position includes coordination of a wide range of projects across several marketing channels to include email, social media, affiliate networks, paid advertising and direct mail.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Web/Digital
- Build, test, launch, and schedule automated email campaigns, newsletters, and one-offs using our email marketing platform
- Circulate drafts of emails to business managers for approval - In collaboration with the Data Analyst, create/maintain contact lists and segments
- Update and maintain email templates as needed
- Create promotional codes, share with the relevant team members and monitor performance

• Manage CRM database -Coordinate all data imports
-Compile weekly reports of email performance
-Assist the Marketing Operations Manager and Data Analyst with monthly and quarterly analysis and customer segmentation projects

• Under the direction of our VP of Partnerships, manage the relationship with our customer review platform
- Update the online gallery and monitor reviews
- Conduct internal and external campaigns to gather user-generated content
- Manage our retail customer checkout survey and pull together insights on a monthly basis to inform the team

• Under the direction of the Marketing Operations Manager, assist in the overall marketing calendar to include:
- Coordinate and organize the monthly marketing campaigns in our task management system
- Play supporting role in large-scale marketing projects such as the consumer communication plan and new system integrations
- Collect and archive completed projects

• Photography and Videography
- Maintain organization of the prop and clothing library with a predetermined system
- Under the direction of the Marketing Operations Manager, assist in shot list creation
- Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team on story development and visual concepts on an as-needed basis

• Internal Engagement
- Under the direction of the Media Manager, assist in planning and executing internal staff activities



• Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years related experience
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Ability and willingness to work both independently and as a team
• Strong organizational abilities, including time and content management
• An attention to detail, an eagerness to learn and great people skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit Preferred •Advanced Excel & analytical skills
• Experience with a CRM •Experience in marketing and branding
• Familiarity with the SCOUT brand
• Experience with Hubspot, Yotpo, Magento, and/or Netsuite
