Job Title: Deputy Digital Director

Position Reports to: Digital Director
Position Description:
The Deputy will lead a team of Digital Desks by working closely with the Digital Director to establish priorities and ensure alignment with overall digital strategies. Develop and maintain quality control procedures for direct and programmatic campaign implementations. Help develop digital strategy and precision marketing efforts for the IE to deliver the right message to the right target audience at the right time. Has project management experience running effective paid digital programs, and managerial experience.
Qualifications:
• BA/BS• 3+ years of experience in digital paid media and/or ad operations
• Well-honed communication skills with senior audiences, ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization from media partners to senior leadership
• A robust knowledge of digital paid media strategy and investment principles/techniques.
• Highly analytical mindset with a deep understanding of multi-funnel campaign planning and measurement.
• MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Experience communicating with diverse groups, working with a multicultural workforce, and bringing a sensitivity and appreciation of cultural differences.
