The ideal candidate has experience using paid media to drive cross-channel, integrated communications campaigns, including digital advertising with a focus on social platforms. For this role, you will need to demonstrate passion and thought leadership to drive paid strategy development (providing media budgets and target audience research) and oversee its flawless execution across a portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including digital, creative, and core practice areas to develop paid media amplification and content distribution strategies
  • Effectively set up, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns on multiple platforms, including, but not limited to: social partners, SEM channels, content discovery networks, sponsored content, and traditional digital advertising
  • Drive budget, scoping and feasibility discussions for digital media campaigns
  • Experience with A/B testing, media optimizations, channel allocations and brand lift studies
  • Provide strategic recommendations for target audience groups and execute the creation of those audience pools via a variety of platforms and data sets
  • Present digital optimization recommendations and execute on those suggestions
  • Apply tailored measurement and analytics tools to campaigns
  • Manage tracking and reporting of campaign progress and results
  • Support client meetings, creative brainstorms, new business opportunities, and team development
  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, platforms and technology partners
  • Develop media budgets, flow charts, SOWs and IOs for campaign initiatives
Qualifications: 
  • 5-6 years experience in the digital advertising space including display, paid search, programmatic and in-depth knowledge of paid social media
  • Deep understanding of a digital paid media buying models and online KPIs
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills including pivot tables and developing client-facing presentations
  • Knowledge of audience decision journey and where/how paid media can be leveraged to reach and exceed client goals
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative attitude, excellent communication (written/verbal) skills, and an insatiable thirst for knowledge
  • Experience managing media partners for large-scale campaigns in excess of $1M
  • Fluency in ad trafficking through a DSP such as DoubleClick Campaign Manager

Additional Qualifications:

  • Facebook Blueprint certification
  • Google Analytics and/or Google AdWords certifications
  • Experience with 3rd party social media management platforms
  • Experience with non-Google analytics tools
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools (i.e. Tableau)
