Jacqui Balogh Jacqui Balogh
Communications Co-Chair

Jacqui works as Manager of the Content Marketing Team at a digital news publisher in DC. She's excited to kick off her third year as a member of Ad 2 DC, serving the club this year as Co-Chair of the Communications Committee. Jacqui loves creating in every form - with words, graphics, a hot glue gun, or a Kitchenaid mixer. She loves the diversity and creativity of DC's people and events, and exploring its beauty on her trusty bicycle.

Nick Bondura Nick Bondura
Creative Chair

Nick Bondura, the Ad 2 DC Creative Chair, is a designer by day at LMO Advertising. In this position, he works across the Adobe Creative Suite to execute print and digital design, branding, and motion graphics work. Nick is a passionate indulger of music, books, cinema, food—really anything that mixes creativity and culture. This is his second year involved with Ad 2 DC, having served as the design lead of last year's Public Service Committee.

Reid Broendel Reid Broendel
Government Relations Chair

Reid is the Government Relations Chair! He has experience in political advertising and lives for strategic and research-oriented work. He's been following news on the election cycle and can't wait to see the major effect it will have on the American advertising landscape. Reid is now bringing his interests and passion to work in the Ad 2 DC Steering Committee.

Katie Dirks

You’ll find Katie humbly at the helm this year as Ad 2 DC’s own Madame President. She’s an integrated digital marketing pro by day with a fondness for analytics tools and new Excel hacks. Katie loves Ad 2 DC Public Service, and she Co-Chaired Ad 2 DC’s first ever WINNING campaign in the 2016 Ad 2 National Public Service Competition! A foodie, beer snob, and music aficionado, Katie enjoys sharing a batch of homemade pad thai with friends, sampling the latest brews from Bier Baron or Blue Jacket, and learning how to play the song du jour on her guitar.

Ellen Ferrante
Immediate Past Co-Chair

Ellen Ferrante is a writer who served as the 2015-2016 Co-Chair of Ad 2 DC. Her professional expertise includes internal communications strategy and crafting eye-catching documents with engaging content. She is excited to be a part of a driven and enthusiastic Ad 2 DC team! An avid traveler, Ellen loves to explore and experience what makes a place unique. When she’s not planning her next adventure, she enjoys trying new restaurants with friends and playing bocce.

Nathan Forman
Public Service Co-Chair

Nathan serves as the Public Service Committee Co-Chair for the 2016/2017 term. By day, Nathan is a Digital Marketing Coordinator for Treliant Risk Advisors. By night, and when not doing Ad2, Nathan is a serial Pokemon Go player, Netflix binge watcher, and (future) book club attendee. Nathan's passion for public service and advocacy began at a young age, and he carried it through his extracurricular endeavors at Grinnell College. Nathan looks forward to facilitating an excellent campaign and helping committee members learn valuable new skills this year!

Karmen Fox
Public Service Co-Chair

Karmen Fox is a wordsmith, hammering out stories and polishing them until they have a high-shine finish. She presently is co-chair for the Ad 2 DC Public Service Committee, which she is excited to mentor as they create a pro bono campaign to help the DC community flourish. For her 9 to 5, she edits the online content for Association for Corporate Counsel. In her spare time, she manages Digital District, another local young professional organization, and regularly contributes TV reviews for the Baltimore Sun.

Sarah Maria Harrell
Vice Chair

Sarah Maria Harrell is the Vice Chair for Ad 2 DC. With a background in advertising and public relations, Sarah is adamant about growing the recognition of DC as a leading market for advertising and communications. Sarah is half-Spanish and studied advertising in Barcelona, the New York of Spain! For fun, she likes to play tennis and is part of a book club.

Silveen Khan
Diversity Chair

Silveen Khan serves as the Diversity Chair of Ad 2 DC. As an Account Executive at LMO Advertising, working closely on brand development, Silveen is an expert on communication and engagement strategies. A wanderlust and bookie, Silveen spends most of her free time traveling and reading. Her most recent trip was to Positano, Italy, and she is currently reading Mountains Beyond Mountains by Tracy Kidder.

Sarah Ninivaggi
Programs Co-Chair

Sarah Ninivaggi serves as Ad 2 DC Programs Co-Chair. She has been a Public Relations Specialist for the U.S. Postal Service for the past four years, focusing on social media as well as legislation and technology communications. She’s a New Jersey native (so naturally loves a good bagel and slice of pizza). When she’s not working or writing, you can catch her out and about in DC and Arlington, working out and playing sports, or trying one of the hundreds of new recipes on her Pinterest boards.

Neha Reddy
Programs Co-Chair

Neha Reddy serves as the Ad 2 DC Programs Co-Chair. As an Assistant Account Executive at LMO Advertising, Neha manages client relationships and executes local advertising programs. Living in different countries throughout her childhood sparked a love of travel and adventure that has only grown ​​in intensity. When she’s not planning her next trip, she enjoys visiting museums (National Portrait Gallery is her DC favorite), being a foodie, and worshipping Anthony Bourdain.

Kate Sobel
Immediate Past Co-Chair

Kate Sobel, a Senior Digital Project Manager at LMO Advertising, served as Co-Chair for Ad 2 DC from 2015-2016. Outside of work and Ad 2 responsibilities, Kate loves to cook, especially Blue Apron meals. You can catch Kate exploring DC, walking through the Zoo (it’s FREE!), and spending time with her roommates.

Sarah Wall
Membership Chair

Sarah Wall serves as Membership Chair of Ad 2 DC. During the workday, you'll find her working on Marketing and Operations at Mission, a Mexican restaurant in Dupont, which allows her to express her enduring love for Excel sheets and guacamole. When she's not hanging out at restaurants doing her job, she's probably hanging out at restaurants drinking craft beer with friends, unless she's out and about exploring hidden gems in DC, like picnicking in Meridian Hill Park or strolling through the National Arboretum.
